If youre EMF sensitive or just want to be EMF conscious here is a checklist to minimize your exposure to potential various sources including wireless radiation. The most important space is your bedroom where you rest, nurture and recharge. Your quality of sleep is the biggest indicator for me. If you're not resting or waking up recharged and refreshed theres high probability that you might have an EMF exposure in your bedroom.
The list will change as i try to update it periodically.
Turn off WiFi at least an hour or so at night so that your bedroom is WiFi free, hard wire all your computers would be the best option.
Turn on Airplane mode or just straight turn off your phone at night.
No wires, cords or plugs around the bed side.
Get rid of any metal bed frame and spring coil mattress, metals conduct and attract EMF.
Forest bathe in the mountains, trees, rivers & trails often to help cleanse and repair your body of negative ions and energy field.
Get a EMF assessment done so you know for sure and have the peace of mind.
