Summary of Discovery

This was an older home up Wilhelmina Rise in Kaimuki. Some outlets was 2 prongs some was 3 prongs. There was also an electrical engineer next door that had some antennas on his roof that i think was causing some spikes in the RF meter. I'll try to document these EMF readings more and post them here.
